| Maple Hill subdivision is located in the southwest portion of Boise, Idaho. Boise is in the east side of the “Treasure Valley”. With a mild four season climate, every type of outdoor activity in near proximity (Bogus Basin, whitewater rafting, Tamarack, etc.). The area also has several first class golf courses and cultural activities. As the state capital, Boise is the seat of most state and federal agencies as well as the regional homes of the Veterans Administration, Saint Luke’s and Saint Alphonsus healthcare systems and the Mountain States Tumor Institute. Agriculture and the hundreds of other significant businesses provide the Boise area with a well diversified economy as well as access to goods and services usually found only in metropolitan megacities. Maple Hill is also well known in the Boise area for its superb location near transportation intersections with easy access to the airport, the downtown “connector,” interstate 84 and the main boulevards. This allows less than ten minutes driving time to the airport; fifteen minute commutes to downtown, and Boise State University. |
